Policy
The integrity subpage is a platform introduced by NS Corporation to showcase its commitment towards fostering good values, ethics and integrity in its operations. Through this subpage, Invest Selangor aims to highlight its best practices and initiatives that promote efficiency, responsibility and trustworthiness within the organization.

As a state statutory body established under the laws of the State of Negeri Sembilan NS Corporation Enactment 2018 (Enactment 14), NS Corp is incorporated to promote, stimulate, manage, coordinate investment and economic sectors in the State of Negeri Sembilan and all matters relating thereto and to carry out any functions and powers given by the Negeri Sembilan State Government to NS Corp.

The purpose of this Charter of the Board of Directors (the "Charter") is to promote the highest standards of corporate governance within NS Corp and to establish, among other things, the responsibilities and functions of the Board of Directors in line with the principles of good corporate governance.
Purpose:
- Refined governance supervision framework of NS Corp
Our effort in adapting the best practices of corporate governance as outlined in Practice 2.1 of the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance 2021 and paragraph 2.1.3 of the Green Book - Enhancing Board Effectiveness. - Enhance Board Effectiveness
Providing insights to existing and prospective board members to assist the Board in the performance of their fiduciary duties as directors of NS Corp and assisting the Board in the assessment of its own performance and of its individual Directors. - Supervision of policy adherence
Ensuring effective monitoring and compliance with existing policies and aligning them with NS Corp’s strategic goals and governance standards.

This Charter is applicable for the Board of Directors to uphold integrity, prevent conflicts, safeguard the Company’s reputation, enhance accountability, and promote positive culture, legal compliance and organisational values.

Pursuant to the Companies Act 2016, the Company’ Constitution and MCCG 2021. - Responsible for a sustainable business plan
Management of financial investments to generate maximum returns for NSCORP. - Supervision of the implementation of policies
Identifying key risks and implementing appropriate actions to manage those risks.
